Tickets for Lounge On The Farm Music Festival are sold under the following conditions of which it is your responsibility to be aware of and adhere to:

  1. Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the festival.
  2. Age 13-17 tickets can only be purchased by persons over the age of 30.
  3. By purchasing an under 18 ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent or legal guardian of the person that you are buying the ticket for. The nominated parent or guardian will be required to provide proof of identification, their contact details and a signature to contractually agree to terms and conditions prior to the exchange of a wristband.
  4. Under 18 ticket holders can only enter the festival with their parent or legal guardian. Any such ticket holders attempting to enter the festival without their legal parent or guardian will be denied entry to the festival.
  5. Each adult attending can accompany up to a maximum of 2 under 18 ticket holders.
  6. Under 18 ticket holders must camp with their families
  7. Under 13 ticket holders are not allowed in the arena or campsites unaccompanied at any time
  8. Nobody shall be allowed to bring any glass onto the Site.
  9. No alcohol can be brought on site.
  10. All ticket purchases are subject to an additional handling fee
  11. Lost and stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  12. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. When exchanged on site, wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed until after the festival.
  13. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. For security purposes all wristbands issued by Lounge on the Farm remain the property of Lounge on the Farm until 5pm Sunday 3rd August 2014.
  14. Without a ticket, entry into the festival will not be permitted.
  15. Admission is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
  16. Camping is ONLY available for those with a camping ticket. Day ticket holders will be required to leave the site by 3am.
  17. This ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed and are personal to the ticket holder only. Any attempt to transfer or resell tickets will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
  18. Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on Festival Site without the Festival’s prior written consent.
  19. If you think your age will be questioned, please bring personal identification. Passports or identity cards are allowed. Photocopies are not.
  20. No animals (except guide dogs) allowed in festival site or campsite.
  21. No open fires, naked flames or disposable BBQs anywhere
  22. Campervan / caravan parking MUST be pre-booked. Campers and caravans only are permitted in the caravan campsite and can only have 1 single man tent or awning attached. Transit vans are not permitted.
  23. Parking at the festival is £5 per vehicle UNLESS you are in possession of a camping pass.
  24. The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
  25. Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
  26. As a condition of sale the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video or DVD as part of the audience and/or by onsite CCTV and cameras and recordings for security purposes.
  27. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
  28. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the festival. An agreement to allow SIA registered staff to carry out a non intimate search of person , their vehicles and baggage before admission to the site or at any reasonable time whilst on site and an acknowledgement that any person who refuses to consent to such a search or is found to be in possession of the following:-
    • Any illegal substance
    • A New Psychoactive Substances ( NPS ), known as legal high
    • Or Object ( eg. A controlled drug or offensive weapon )
    • Alcohol.
  29. The following items are not allowed to be brought into Lounge on The Farm by ticket holders:
    • Alcohol
    • Excessive amounts of cigarettes, i.e. more than for personal consumption
    • Illegal substances
    • New Psychoactive Substances (NPS), known as legal highs.
    • Unauthorised sound systems
    • Glass bottles or containers
    • Portable laser equipment and laser pens
    • Professional film or video equipment
    • Audio recorders
    • Fireworks of any nature to include Flares
    • Sky / Chinese Lanterns
    • Generators (exemption for generators within campervans)
    • Any goods with unauthorised Lounge on The Farm Festival logos
    • Any goods for unauthorised trading
    • Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
    • Disposable barbeques, camping stoves or anything else that can be construed as a fire risk.
    • Camping gas canisters
